Normal, IL – Confidential On-Site Paper Shredding (C.O.P.S.) presented a check for $5,075.88 to Susan G. Komen in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month for the 3rd year of C.O.P.S. “Shred for the Cure” promotion. During the month of October, C.O.P.S. donated a portion of its proceeds, an initiative inspired by a C.O.P.S. team member who was personally touched by the disease.
As a local company servicing the Midwest, C.O.P.S. hoped to raise a significant contribution through “Shred for the Cure.” To accomplish this, their fleet of shred trucks displayed large pink ribbons, drivers wore pink armbands, clients were serviced with pink shred bins, and of course…flyers were printed on pink paper.
